Textile work gloves can be made from a variety of materials, making them extremely versatile. Cotton and polyester gloves are ideal for assembly work, precision mechanics and everywhere where a good grip and precision are important. Kevlar knit gloves provide protection against heat and cuts, making them ideal for handling hot and sharp-edged small parts.
What are the differences between the various glove textiles?
Strauss offers a large selection of textile work gloves in a premium quality. But textiles are not all the same: be it cotton, knitted Kevlar or polyester – each of the different materials offer their own advantages and are therefore suitable for different tasks:

Textile gloves, coated
Thanks to various coatings, hands are well protected in coated textile gloves whatever the work task. Depending on the gloves that are selected, wear-resistance gloves combine optimum sensitivity with oil and grease resistance or wet protection. Hands have a good grip under light or heavier loads.
Textile gloves, partially coated
Thanks to small PVC nubs on the palms of the hands or PVC impregnation, partially coated textile gloves offer a good grip and are wear-resistant, whilst remaining breathable. Ideal for assembly, sorting and transport work.
