Thanks to the consistent use of natural materials, all garments of the e.s.botanica collection are 100 % biodegradable - in record time: Just three months after they have been discarded, the trousers and upper parts have almost completely been returned to nature. No harmful compromises. The Hohenstein professionals have tested it.
COLORS
FROM NATURE
The colors of the Botanica collection are not only visually completely natural, but use an innovative technique to create agricultural waste into dyestuffs which would otherwise go to landfill. These dyestuffs are naturally transformed into warm, muted dyes. Parts of beetroot, nutshells and leaves are given a second life and produce the unique look of our collection.
KNEE ZONES THAT LEAVE
A SUSTAINABLE IMPRESSION
The trousers e.s.botanica are natural through and through – this also applies to the knee pad pockets. Reinforced on the outside with durable Bananatex®, a natural fabric made of sustainably grown Abacá banana plants, with a lined pocket on the inside made of cotton.
Bananatex® is the world's first durable, water-repellent fabric that is purely made of naturally grown Abacá banana plants.
