To ensure that you feel good in your new clothing and find the sizes that are right for you, we have created a “table of sizes” button for every product in the online shop. Click the button to open the engelbert strauss table of sizes in a separate window. Men, women and children’s sizes are categorised according to height in the table of sizes. Helpful tips on how to properly measure your height, chest, waist, middle, seat and stride length, as well as a conversion table of “normal sizes” to international sizes and jeans sizes (in inches). Most of our work trousers are available in normal, long and short sizes (broad). We can provide every wearer with an optimum level of well-being with up to 60 different sizes for work trousers and tops from 2 XS to 7 XL. We also provide size tables for gloves. You can find our table of sizes online under:

For Gore-Tex clothing, there are, for example, special repair kits. The patches are mostly standardised sizes and shapes (round and square), therefore they do not need to be cut to size - they can be used directly.
Applying the patches requires no great skill: Ensure beforehand that the damaged area is dry and free of dirt or other foreign substances, otherwise the patches will not adhere. Pull the material taut and press the patch over the damaged area for a few minutes. If you have patched the hole on the go, you should then iron it at home to ensure it holds well. Alternatively, if you are on the go, you can heat a pan with water and then - just like an iron, use the hot surface to press down on the hole to accelerate the drying process.
An alternative to patches are adhesives such as Seam Grip. These adhesives hold for longer than patches, but require longer to dry. For most products, the functional garment should be left to dry for around 24 hours. That’s why adhesives are suitable as quick fixes. The advantage of adhesives, however, is that you can use them to secure loose stitching - which you cannot do with patches.
You can exchange the items that were delivered incorrectly. Please use the accompanying returns form for this. You can use this to order the exchanged product of your choice. It is not necessary to re-order your goods. On the returns form, you will find detailed information about how to proceed. You can find out all you need to know about returns and exchanges here.
