At Strauss you can expect a lot of highlights during your training or dual study program. It kicks off with a workshop where you will be introduced to your new colleagues and the company in a casual atmosphere. We focus on team building and fun at cool events for trainees, be it canoeing, building rafts or finding your way through the cornfield labyrinth. These trainee events re organised by the trainees themselves. Our trainees take part in trade fairs, visit schools, partner companies and suppliers, as well as organising Girls´ and Boys´ Days. And then, of course, there are the trips abroad….

You can gain overseas experience in a number of ways during your apprenticeship or dual study program. Some dual colleges offer overseas semesters – we leave the choice of country up to you! Trainees can complete a four-week program in a country within Europe. Occasionally, there are also other opportunities to gain international experience. Junior staff can profit from our cooperations with partners across the world.

The following always applies at our company: anyone who shows initiative and motivation will be given the opportunity to gain overseas experience. But you can also develop your skills at home. Anyone who is happy staying in within Germany can also gain experience visiting one of our national partners, at trade fairs or in pop-up stores.
